About the Recipe
Horseradish dip is a crowd pleasing party appetizer for any get together. You can never go wrong with this one unless you hate horseradish. When in doubt, add more bacon!

Ingredients
8 ounces of Middendorf Farms bacon (or more to taste)
12 ounces store-bought horseradish sauce
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mayo (full fat)
½ teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain and process until fine in a food processor.
Step 2
Combine the horseradish sauce, sour cream, and onion powder in a medium mixing bowl; stir well. Fold in the crumbled bacon. (And cheese if you've opted in!)
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving! 4 hours chilling is optimal.
